Bookings & Stay
Do I need to book a camping pitch?
Booking is strongly recommended for long stays in high season (minimum 10 nights from 11/07 to 28/08).
However, it is perfectly possible to arrive without a reservation, with no minimum number of nights.
We recommend arriving between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm to benefit from the widest choice of available pitches.
What is the minimum stay for a pitch booking?
- From April 3 to July 3 and from September 13 to September 28: minimum 2 nights
- From July 4 to July 10 & from August 28 to September 12: minimum 7 nights
- From July 11 to August 28: minimum 10 nights
What is the minimum stay in rental accommodation?
The minimum stay is 7 nights throughout the opening period.
In low season, shorter stays may be opened subject to availability, generally 1 to 2 weeks before the arrival date.
When do bookings open for next year?
Bookings for 2027 will open in October 2026.

What are the campsite opening dates?
The campsite will be open from April 3, 2026 to September 27, 2026.
What is cancellation insurance for?
Cancellation insurance allows you to be reimbursed for the amounts paid (deductible excluded) in case of unforeseen events before or during your stay.
It costs 4% of the total amount of the stay, for both rental accommodation and camping pitches.
This insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.
It may apply in particular in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):
- Serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member
- Major material damage requiring your presence (fire, water damage, burglary, etc.)
- Redundancy
- Accident or total theft of the vehicle / caravan on the way to the campsite

Payments
When and how do I pay for my stay?
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Can I pay for my stay in instalments free of charge?
Yes, instalment payment is possible:
- 3x interest-free option at the time of booking (up to 60 days before arrival)
- Flexible payments, in several instalments from your Yelloh! Village account or via the “Pay my stay” section, until the full balance is paid
For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), instalment payments are not available: the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
Depending on the booking date, you can pay your stay by:
- Bank card
Online payment directly on our website, using your booking file number (O2025… / U2025…) and the family name (in capital letters) used for the booking. - Bank transfer
Our bank details will be provided on the payment page or sent by email once your booking request has been accepted.
Bookings made less than 15 days before arrival must be paid by bank card only.
Rates
What does the price of my stay include?
The rate varies according to the period, your dates of stay and the type of accommodation or pitch chosen.
The price includes:
- The booked accommodation or pitch
- Access to entertainment: children’s, teens’, sports activities and evening events
- Access to the aquatic area
- Access to sanitary facilities
- Sports facilities: multi-sports court, table tennis, pétanque, mini-golf
- Children’s facilities: playground and inflatable castle
Additional charges may apply depending on the options chosen: tourist tax, pets, paid options, etc. On-site expenses (restaurant, bar, wellness area, etc.) are not included and remain at the guest’s expense.
The price has changed since my last visit to the website ; why?
Prices may vary depending on the period, demand and availability.
The same accommodation or pitch may therefore show a different rate for an identical stay, depending on when the consultation (or booking) is made.
Are there any special offers or discounts on stays?
Yes, several offers may allow you to benefit from a preferential rate depending on the period and type of stay:
- Long Stay Offer: valid from 10 nights on pitches, excluding July/August*
- Early Booking Offer: -10% for bookings made before 31 December*
- Couple Rate: available on the Cottage Pinède, for stays for two*
- Use of loyalty points: redeemable on a low-season stay*

Modify / Cancel a stay
How can I modify my booking?
Any modification request, subject to availability, must be made by email no later than 15 days before the start of your stay: mail@camping-panorama.com
Can I change campsite after booking?
Yelloh! Village campsites are independent and franchised.
It is therefore not possible to transfer a booking or any amounts already paid from one campsite to another.
If you wish to stay at another campsite, you will need to cancel your current booking in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and then make a new booking at the campsite of your choice.
How can I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, please send your request by email to: mail@camping-panorama.com
Cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance:
First inform the campsite by email. Then declare your claim within 10 working days following the event that caused the cancellation at: www.declare.fr/yelloh
What cancellation fees apply?
Without cancellation insurance:
Fees depend on the date of your request:
Up to 16 days before arrival: 25% of the stay retained (deposit)
Between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the stay retained + a 50% credit voucher usable at the same campsite
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the stay retained
With cancellation insurance:
Fees may be covered depending on the conditions of the insurance (illness, accident, dismissal, etc.).
If the reason is not recognised or the claim is refused, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply.
Before your arrival
What time can I arrive at the campsite?
- Arrival times vary depending on your type of stay:
- Rental accommodation: arrival from 5:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am
Camping pitches: arrival from 1:00 pm, departure before 12:00 noon
If you arrive before the scheduled time, it is generally possible to enter the campsite and park inside while waiting for your pitch or accommodation to be available.
Is it possible to arrive in the evening or at night?
Yes, late arrivals are accepted. A night receptionist is present for arrivals after reception closing hours.
After 11:00 pm, vehicle access to cottages and pitches is closed.
You can however park in the campsite’s internal car park and complete your installation the following morning.
Can I arrive earlier and use the campsite facilities?
You may arrive before the scheduled time and enjoy the facilities (such as the aquatic area) before access to your accommodation or pitch.
What documents do I need to present on arrival?
A valid ID (identity card, passport or driving licence) will be required on arrival, at least for the booking holder.
Please also come to reception with all participants of your stay for individual registration.
Do I need to pay a deposit on arrival?
Yes, a €200 deposit is required for all Cottage and Lodge Tent rentals.
It can be paid by cheque or by bank card imprint (Visa or Mastercard with PIN).
The deposit is refunded after your departure, unless the inventory check is unsatisfactory.
Where can I find the campsite map?
You can view the campsite map directly on our website or via our mobile application.
Do I need to register my children for the kids’ club?
No registration is required. Simply accompany your child directly to the kids’ club at the times indicated on the programme.
End of stay
What time do I have to vacate my accommodation or pitch?
Departure times vary depending on the type of booking:
- Rental accommodation: departure before 10:00 am
- Camping pitches: departure before 12:00 noon
Is it possible to leave the campsite in the afternoon?
A late check-out may be granted exceptionally, upon request, only in low season and subject to availability.
In high season, this is not possible.
Is an inventory check carried out at departure?
There is no inventory check carried out in your presence.
The accommodation is checked after your departure and the deposit is released if everything is in order.
However, for groups, an appointment must be made for an inventory check.
How is the deposit refunded?
After your departure, we check your accommodation and then proceed with the refund of the deposit.
The average processing time is 1 to 2 days.
If your deposit was made by bank card (Visa or Mastercard with PIN), the release time may vary depending on the bank.
In case of a prolonged delay, a simple email to your bank can help release the card imprint more quickly.
After your stay
I forgot an item at the campsite — what should I do?
If you have forgotten or lost a personal item, please contact us by email at: mail@camping-panorama.com.
If the item is found, we will be able to send it back to you. Shipping costs will be calculated according to your country of residence and the size of the parcel.
How can I obtain my invoice?
The final invoice is available only at the end of your stay.
You can obtain it directly at reception when you leave, or request it by email at: mail@camping-panorama.com.

Rental accommodation
What are the differences between 2 Flowers, 3 Flowers, 4 Flowers and PREMIUM accommodation?
At Yelloh! Village, accommodation is divided into 4 ranges to suit all needs and budgets. Here is what distinguishes them:
2 Flowers: Simple and functional accommodation, perfect for enjoying essential comfort on holiday.
→ At Panorama: Lodge Tent 4 people, 2 bedrooms
3 Flowers: Higher comfort, more equipment and more refined decoration.
• Dishwasher
→ At Panorama: Cottage Pinède 5 people, 2 bedrooms
4 Flowers: Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation, including:
• Bed linen provided
• Towels included (1 large + 1 small per person)
• Dishwasher
→ At Panorama: Cottage Arbousier 6 people (3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms), Cottage Côté Dune (2 or 3 bedrooms) and Cottage Toulinguet 2 bedrooms
PREMIUM: The most upmarket range, with maximum services included:
• End-of-stay cleaning included
• Accommodation located in a privileged Premium area
• High-comfort services: Wi-Fi, modern equipment, beautiful outdoor area…
• Towels included (1 large + 1 small per person)
• Dishwasher

What equipment is included in the accommodation?
All our accommodation is equipped to guarantee you a comfortable stay, whatever the range chosen.
You will find in particular:
- Fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker…)
- Crockery and kitchen utensils
- Table, chairs and garden furniture
- Beds with mattresses, pillows and duvets
- Storage space
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin (except Lodge Tents)
- Separate toilet (except Lodge Tents)
Inventory list
Is there heating and/or air conditioning?
All our Cottages are equipped with reversible air conditioning as well as electric radiators in the bedrooms, for optimal comfort in all seasons (except Lodge Tents).
Lodge Tents are equipped with a fan.
Can I choose a specific pitch on the campsite map?
For Cottages, it is possible to book a specific pitch by taking out the paid option “Choice of pitch” (€40).
This option allows you to request a specific area or pitch number, especially if you already know the campsite. Without this option, we will do our best to meet your preferences, but the exact pitch cannot be guaranteed.
For camping pitches, this option is not available. We always do our best to meet everyone’s preferences, but we cannot guarantee them.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Duvets and pillows are provided in all our accommodation.
Regarding bed linen and towels:
- Included in 4 Flowers and Premium ranges
- Optional in 2 and 3 Flowers ranges, at the following rates:
→ €18 / bed for bed linen and pillowcases
→ €12 / person for towel rental
Is my baby counted in the total number of guests?
Yes, babies are included in the total number of people occupying the accommodation, whatever their age.
For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum capacity of the accommodation can never be exceeded, even with a baby cot. Please remember to declare your baby when booking.
Can I plug my electric car directly into my accommodation?
No, charging an electric vehicle directly at the accommodation is not permitted.
However, you can connect to the dedicated 16-amp sockets available on the campsite.
Please remember to bring: a European blue adapter as well as your vehicle’s standard plug adapter.
Camping pitches
What is a 2 Flowers pitch?
At Yelloh! Village, pitches are classified into different comfort ranges.
At Panorama, all our pitches are in the 2 Flowers category: standard pitches of 80 to 100 m², equipped with a 16-amp electricity supply.
Can I choose a specific pitch on the campsite map?
No, choosing a specific pitch is not possible. However, you may inform us of your preferences or special requests, and we will do our best to meet them, without guarantee.
Pitch allocation is carried out by our staff, taking into account your equipment, its size and the wishes indicated when booking.
How many people are included in the rate?
The rate indicated for a motorhome, caravan or tent installation includes 2 adults (excluding tourist tax).
Any additional person (adult or child) is subject to a supplement, the amount of which varies according to the period.
The number of people is limited to a maximum of 6 per installation, baby included, for comfort, safety and regulatory reasons.
Can several families share one pitch?
There is no preferential rate for sharing a pitch between several families.
The rate applies per installation, which means:
1 installation = 1 car + 1 tent or 1 car + 1 caravan or 1 motorhome / van / bus.
Whether you are all on one large pitch or on two pitches side by side, this will count as two installations and will be billed accordingly.
When booking, you may request to be placed next to each other, and we will do our best to meet this request subject to availability.
Pets
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are accepted in our Village, except for category 1 and 2 dogs.
The rate is €7.00 per day and per dog.
Please respect the following rules:
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
- They are not allowed around the swimming pools, in food shops and inside buildings
- Vaccination records must be up to date
Can I come with a pet other than a dog?
It depends on the type of animal and the conditions.
For any pet other than a dog, please contact the campsite directly in order to obtain prior approval.
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
Yes, dogs are allowed on a leash on the beach located at the bottom of the campsite.
For more freedom, we recommend La Salie Sud Beach, located 7 km from the campsite, where dogs are allowed off-leash.
Entertainment
Are daytime activities offered?
Yes! Daytime activities are organised for all ages: sports tournaments, team games, sports activities, creative workshops… plenty of fun for the whole family!
Are evening activities organised?
Yes, we offer many evening entertainments: concerts, shows, games, themed evenings, karaoke, mini-disco for children…
Are there activities outside July and August?
Yes, activities are also offered in low season! The programme is lighter than in July–August, but still designed to enhance your stay.
Are the activities and the kids’ club included in the stay?
Yes, all the activities scheduled by the campsite, as well as the kids’ club, are included and supervised by our animation team.
Some specific activities provided by external partners (e.g. canoe outings) may be subject to an extra charge. They are always clearly indicated as such on the schedule.
Where can I find the entertainment programme?
You can find the entertainment programme directly on the Yelloh! Village mobile app, regularly updated by the campsite.
It is also displayed on site, at reception and in common areas.
From what age can my child join the kids’ club?
The kids’ club welcomes children from the age of 5.
How are the clubs organised?
The clubs are organised by age group to offer activities suited to everyone:
Kids Club: 5 to 12 years old
Teens Club: from 13 years old (July/August)
Do I need to register my child to access the kids’ club?
No prior registration is required. Simply go directly to the kids’ club during the times indicated on the programme.
Is the kids’ club open all season?
Yes, the kids’ club (5–12 years) is open all season.
Low season: 2 hours per day, 5 days / 7
High season: 4 hours per day, 6 days / 7
Pools & leisure
What facilities for children are available on site ?
Children can enjoy many facilities dedicated to play and swimming:
- Swimming pools & Aquasplash
- Water slide
- Outdoor playground
- Inflatable castle
- Multi-sports court
- Boules court
- Table tennis tables
Is there a swimming pool ?
Yes, the campsite has a large aquatic area including a main pool and a second, smaller pool, ideal for cooling off with the family.
Is there a water slide ?
Yes, the campsite has a 49-metre-long water slide!
Are the pools heated ?
Yes, one of the two pools is heated.
Are swim shorts allowed in the pools ?
Yes, swimsuits and swim shorts are allowed.
However, any other type of clothing is prohibited for hygiene reasons.
Is there direct access to the beach ?
Yes, a path with stairs and about 60 metres of vertical drop provides direct access to a fine sandy beach from the campsite.
For easier access, you can also reach Petit Nice Beach, located 3 km away, by car or by bike.
Food & grocery
What types of shops are available at Panorama du Pyla?
On site, you will find several catering areas and shops to fully enjoy your holidays:
- Restaurant : Le Panorama: with a view over the Arcachon Bay, open morning, noon and evening
- Pizzeria: eat in or take away
- Crêperie: Breton savoury pancakes, sweet crêpes, ice creams & treats for a gourmet break
- Bar: cocktails, coffee, soft drinks…
- Grocery store: for your daily shopping, with fresh bread and pastries every day
Are the services available in low season?
Yes, all our services are open throughout the whole season, from early April to the end of September.
Is there a half-board option?
No, we do not offer half-board. However, the restaurant is open morning, noon and evening, allowing you to dine easily on site.
Other services
Is there a laundry room?
Yes, a laundry room is available on the campsite, equipped with washing machines (€6) and dryers (€4).
Please remember to bring coins, as the machines do not accept bank cards.
Do you lend extension cords and blue adapters for pitches?
Yes, we lend them free of charge, subject to availability.
A bank card imprint (Visa or Mastercard with PIN) or a security deposit cheque is required.
Do you offer a postal service?
Yes, a postal service is available at reception, for sending and receiving mail and parcels.
Are there electric vehicle charging stations on the campsite?
There are currently no charging stations.
However, you can charge your vehicle on our pitches via the 16A sockets, provided you bring your European blue adapter as well as your vehicle’s standard plug adapter.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite.
A paid premium version is also offered for a faster and more powerful connection.
What equipment can be rented?
To make your stay easier, we offer rental of several items:
- Baby kit (high chair + travel cot without mattress): rental accommodation only
- Bed linen & towels: not included in Cottage Pinède and Lodge Tent
- Refrigerator: pitches only
- Bicycles (adults, children, electric, trailer, baby seat…)
In addition, we lend sports equipment free of charge: table tennis / tennis rackets, mini-golf clubs, balls…
Access and location
Does the campsite have direct access to the Dune du Pilat?
Yes, a direct access allows you to reach the dune on foot from the campsite, walking through the sand.
In about a 5-minute walk, you are already on the Dune du Pilat.
What is the distance to the beaches?
- Campsite beach (Robinson Beach): 60 metres of sandy slope
- Petit Nice Beach: 3 km
- La Lagune Beach: 5 km
- La Salie Beach: 7 km
- Pereire Beach (Arcachon): 11 km
- Lake Cazaux: 21 km
The ocean beaches are accessible by bike thanks to the cycle paths, or by car (free parking).

How do I get to the campsite?
By car:
From Bordeaux, take the A63 towards Bayonne, then the A660 towards Arcachon.
Then follow “Dune du Pilat”, then “Campings”.
By train:
Get off at Arcachon train station, then reach the campsite by bus (timetables at www.bus-baia.fr).
Is the campsite shaded?
The site was affected by the 2022 fires, so it is still lightly shaded. The vegetation is growing back and the pitches are bordered by natural plantings that grow better year after year.
We nevertheless recommend that you bring something to create shade on camping pitches.
The Cottages are equipped with shade sails and the Lodge Tents have a covered terrace.
Yelloh! Village Loyalty Program
How does the Yelloh! Plus loyalty program work?
Joining the Yelloh! Plus loyalty program is free of charge.
For each stay booked at a Yelloh! Village campsite, you earn loyalty points.
These points can then be exchanged for free nights at Yelloh! Village campsites, according to the program’s conditions (availability, periods, number of free nights available, etc.).

How can I join the loyalty program?
Joining the Yelloh! Plus program is free and very easy.
You can register:
- When making your reservation, by ticking the dedicated option
- From your “My Account” area, under “My loyalty program”
- Via the dedicated page at the bottom of the website
- Or directly through most of our emails (newsletter, booking confirmation, etc.)
How can I use my loyalty points to book free nights ?
Once you have collected enough points, you can use them to book free nights, excluding July and August.
